Just wiggle them back and forth until they fall in. I took me some time to get mine in to, but eventually they pushed in

the holes they have cut out are quite a bit smaller, im not going to force them in. I will try to drill it out a little on tuesday.

and i also agree the seibon is not heavier than stock. The seibon hood is pretty darn light.
