Yep. The drivers mat slid forward and got stuck under the throttle pedal from what i hear. Crashed at 120mph into a brick wall. The airbag saved him though.

Then he got out and stepped into traffic and got hit by a semi.

True story.

I bought some Intro-Tech rubber floormats from Amazon for my car: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I am very happy with them. They cover the humps in the floor and collect lots of dirt.
