neuspeed or HKS Hi Power Exhaust
which one is:
quieter(and smoother)
better fit
more power when paired with other boltons?
how are they compared to stock
i saw few people mention that neuspeed melted their bumper but that thread is from like 2001
i watched few videos and they sound about the same in videos i don know how either one is in real life.

I didn't even know Neuspeed was still around and currently making exhausts for our cars.
I have the HKS Dual and I think it's a bit on the louder side (not like invidia or any single exhausts)... i have it mated to a 63mm test pipe.
I've read and heard it's one of the best sounding exhausts mated to a test pipe... but I am supercharged which could have some effect on sound.
I think it does sound good but the old man in me wants something a bit quieter in volume.
If you want quiet... then you should look at either a Tanabe Touring Medallion, Fujisubu Dual, or doing a UK Mod on your stock exhaust.
Before I boosted I had the UK mod done with a 63.5mm Highflow cat and loved the sound.

yea I'm looking at it now. seems like a decent price but I saw few people saying it melted their bumper
and no idea how loud it is compared to stock or HKS
if anyone heard both of them chime in

Have never seen or heard of Neuspeed...
I'd go with the HKS for quality. I had had it for a while and loved it. Still one of my favorites. I mated the HKS dual with a Berk HFC and it sounded very smooth.
Here is a video of my car...:

Can’t speak for nuespeed, but the HKS dual is a great sounding exhaust for a very reasonable price. I ha e it mated to a EVS hi flow cat and it sounds awesome. Even My “non import” buddies love the way it sounds
