I'd assume you'd be in 4x4 status.. but for the time being even that will be better than f'ing up your fender sooner or later.

I'll put some pics up tonight as I'm still at work at the moment...

The thing is if I know it'd be too high with the stock ones I'd rather buy a new set of lowering springs, maybe 20/30mm. The good thing is that it has a front lip at the bottom that makes it look low as well as a modified exhaust at the back. The wheel arch shouldn't be too bad with 18"s but then again it would be higher off the ground with them.

Ideally... the stock ones are the way to go for our state of roads! But I do like the car lowered!

Pics soon...

stock suspension will be too high on 18s. if you just want to swap out the springs something like eibach's prokit would be good for you. a more conservative drop and not too aggressive spring rates.

coils would be ideal as you could set the dampening and ride height to your preference, but i get that not everyone wants coils either.

are the fenders rolled? depending on the offset of the wheels, that might be your first and easiest solution.

To be honest I'd still prefer increasing the height a little bit... the car isn't really practical as it is... especially were i live

Car is looking gorgeous btw!! Is the rubbing pretty bad? Have you checked the arch liner for some rubbing marks? I would say coilovers to make it sit perfect, but the ride isn't to everyones tastes!!

You couldn't take some of the pre-load off of the suspension lower bolt could you? BUT would it have an adverse effect to the handling or is it just ride height?? Just an idea and throwing it out there...
