Default Need new brake pads

Hello, I am looking to replace my stock AP2 brake pads. Local members have recommended me many great products but I want to see what everyone is running out there. I know there has been many threads but I really can't make up my mind even though I read a lot of threads. I am looking for OEM like bite brakes that won't put out so much dust. Are the AP1 brake pads dusty? I was thinking about getting AP1 pads if they don't dust like the AP2's. Let me know what you guys are running and how you like your setups.

i personally think the oem ap1 pads are very dusty. I just replaced mine with a set of ceramic pads from Oreilly Auto parts. I have been very happy with them so far.

Yeah, my AP1's pads were pretty dusty. They're nice pads for the street though. I use them for the street and switch to race pads for track days.

They dust less than AP1 pads, but they do still have a significant amount of dust.

I got mine for like $125 for all 4 shipped from www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

my understanding is that ap1 pads dust LESS than ap2 pads.

i also think the general consensus is that if you want little dust, no squealing, and overall good braking for the street, get ap1 or ap2 pads versus aftermarket pads.

i just changed my front pads and rotors 2 weeks ago
i used akebono pads
these pads have VERY LITTLE TO NO brake dust because there is almost no brake dust on my rim yet (i washed it n e wayz yesterday), but as for stopping i don't feel a diffrence from the oem pads so i recommend got these
