To narrow the question:

Assume I have same brand, design, and bends for Exhausts, test pipe and headers...
How much 60mm is better than 70mm on low end torque, and how much 70 mm is better than 60mm at top end?!?!

Is it like 1-2 HP .. or more like 7-8HP ?

I definitely am more interested in top end power, but if the difference is only 1-2 HP between 60 and 70, I would prefer to keep the 60mm system.

For N/A, the difference in power between a 60 and 70 isn't much. Maybe at most 4-6hp?

Now, on a boosted setup, it will most likely be greater than that.

^what he said. The difference between a 60 and 70 for a basic n/a setup is not significant. Just find the exhaust you like and rock it out.

i think 4-5 hp is huge consider how many actual gain there will be.

to the op: it really depends what you will do in the future, there's NA motor that need massive piping too, that's if you build the motor and all.

Aren't you supposed to pair up a TP with your exhaust diameter?

Sure my question was either to have a 60mm exhaust to my 60mm headers and TP, or get all new 70 mm headers, TP, exhausts

as of now, Im running a 63.5mm header, 63.5mm TP and a 70mm exhaust, i considered swapping for a 70mm TP, but decided to just keep the one I have, as the gains would be maybe 1-2hp. Plus I kinda like the "idea" that I have a "long header" with my header and TP being the same diamter, its basically the same thing. And I chose the 70mm exhaust just because I love the looks and the sound
