Default for N/A,what's best 60 mm or 70mm

For N/A S2000, what is the best combination? Headers, test pipe and exhaust?
60mm or 70mm? So far I have 60mm headers collector and 60mm test pipe with stock exhaust, do I go 60 mm single pipe exhaust? or is it better to have 70 mm H/T/E? I'm not going turbo for the time being....

now that you have your answer. I have a question of my own. Can a stock exhaust work with a 70mm test pipe? or do you have to use a 60mm? Sory for the noobish question.

MMM 60 mm for better low end.....and does 70mm have any advantage over 60mm!?!? If not, then I'll just for 60mm exhaust and keep my 60mm headers and testpipe...

The 70mm will give you great gains on the high end, whereas the 60mm will benefit a little more on the low end. Overall though, the 70mm will give you a greater gain.

Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Regards,

Jason @ AJR

from the 70mm vs. 60mm exhaust dyno's ive seen, they 70's made more power across the band. (i think it was the J's 60rs vs 70rs)

I used to have the T1R 70EM. Loved it and according to the butt dyno, it pulled great up top. I recently replaced it with an ASM 60mm. Don't get me wrong, the 70 sounded mean and felt great, but it did drone a lot(inside the cabin), and I was looking for something a little more tamed.

I didn't think I would notice a difference switching to the 60mm, but I did. Like everyone has said, a 60 will give you a little more grunt down low, and a 70 will give greater power up top.

I'm glad I went with the 60mm due to the fact that I do a lot of "city" driving and it's nice for light to light driving. Time to time, I do miss the sound of the 70.
