Midwest DD Intake?

get a heatshield for the k&n or any short ram intake, this will help with some of the heatsoak

Every time I try to search s2000 heat shield it doesn't come up with that it comes up with air filter heat shields. Its probably just a rook move but im confused?

The K&N FIPK is probably the best bang for your bank in regards to intakes, period. It is an SRI just like the OEM but with a bit more breathing room and louder sound, especially during WOT. I went with this as well vice a CAI as we get lots of rain here and I wanted to make sure I had no issues with water getting in the intake.

You won't be disappointed with the intake, especially since it can be had for less than $300.

I think I found the FIPK for like 230 shipped. Search google shopping, I think it was like TM motorsports.

I second what everyone says about the FIPK. It's the best for the money. I got one for around $215 shipped I think it was.

Cold air intake.. I live in Louisiana and it rains a lot down here.. Never had and problems with my cai..

Thanks for the advice guys ill probably do that after I get my new cooper zeons on the back next week(im pumped).
