Default majestic honda

I ordered an OEM lip for MY07, received confirmation, had the funds taken out of my account, etc. Two days later, I got a cancellation email saying that the package was too big for FedEx to deliver. This didn't make any sense to me since I didn't think a lip would be too big for a company such as FedEx to deliver as I'm sure they deliver bigger things than a lip. Anyone care to shed some light on this issue? Could it be that the lip is too large to be delivered by ground? Below is the email copied/pasted:

Thank you for ordering with HondaAutomotiveParts.com. Unfortunately, the parts ordered are considered oversized. They exceed the maximum dimensions allowed by FedEx. We regret cancel this entire order and will refund the full amount.

08F01-S2A-180SPOILER, FR. UNDER *NH630M*1$354.29$354.29

Sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you. You would be able to obtain it from your local dealership.

Thank you,

River, P. Manivong

Or you could order from Hardtopguy I received mine in a timely fashion, and no issues at all.

It sounds like the response I got from them once when i was looking for a specific, hard to find part. "Don't know, Don't care. Sorry about your luck." was basically how I was treated. They want you money but as soon as it becomes something they have to think about they walk away from it. I won't deal with them anymore. I buy my parts local or from Hondapartsunlimited.com, who was a huge help in looking for the same hard to find part.

The e-store looks to be all msrp prices. Check with Hondapartsunlimited.com they have pricing similar to majestic honda.
