which lugs should I go with *update, pics*
pic of old set-up-
I sold my black 17x9 949racing wheels and I'm going to buy the nickel one. I'm trying to decided on what lug nuts to go with. I already Have the red rays extended but I really like the blue ones also. Pick the option you like best.
the wheel I'm switching to...
I'm using blue rays valve stems or maybe red and blue btw-
option A, red lugs all the way around with red valve stems
option B, Blue rays extended lugs all the way around with blue valve stems
option C, Blue/chrome lugs all the way around with blue valve stems
now heres where the it gets interesting.
option D, Red lugs with red rays extended valve stems on one side and blue rays extended with blue valve stems on the other side. (like the Porshe Carrera GT)
Option E, Alternate between red and blue rays extended lugs on each wheel and then use red valve stems. more vivid detail- Each wheel have 3 red lugs, 2 blue lugs and then blue valve stems (on the right side) the left side of the car do 2 red lugs, 3 blue lugs and use red valve stems.
option F, one side do all red lugs but blue valve stems and the other side of the car do blue lugs but red valve stems.
This is my "race car," So standing out is the main reason for this. I'm not really concerned about cost so please don't let that sway your answer. I think if you took normal lugs of different color and mixed them it would look cheap and retarded but when you use rays extended lugs ($250 lugs) it might look cool to anyone that knows anything about rays.

go with the cheapest one
Another bonus in doing it that way would be I can eliminate the lock nuts which I hate changing ratchets every time I get to a lock nut when changing wheels.

Your mind works in a very interesting way
Why r u getting rid of the black wheels?
If it were up to me...Stay with the black wheels, black lugnuts and black valve stems.
But I like simple and clean...

Cheapest or the lightest
To alternate you'll need two sets, IDK if you can sell a mixed or two partial sets. Unless someone is selling rays by the lug or in groups of 4/5.
Anyhow if you are going to dump $500 in lugs go Ti or some exotic stuff near nobody has.
Just my $0.02

hi i just thought of a question,
what would be the purpose of a lugnut other than different looks, application, or maybe weight ??
