It looks fast too!

After much anticipation, I finally have the latest Gernby dingle on my car (the one in his latest videos). We finished fitting the tips today, and although the stock tips stick out a little further than factory, fitment is spot on.
I have yet to hear it from outside of the car, but this was a little sample I took with the windows down next to a concrete wall. ABSOLUTE CARGASM!!! Best sounding exhaust S2000 Exhaust I've ever heard in my entire life; I'm absolutely thrilled!
AURAL PLEASURE AWAITS
I do plan on investing in some better audio equipment for this type of thing... so stay tuned for some more audio samples

I almost forgot to update this thread...
Here is a picture of the "near-production" version of the Dingle. The tips need to be adjusted a bit, but that will be an easy task.
Here's a video, which really does a good job demonstrating what it sounds like. It's amazingly quiet at part throttle, but sounds bad-ass at full throttle!

After taking a couple "much needed" days off from this project, I've made some good progress on an improved design for a production Dingle. I believe this new design will be easier and cheaper to reproduce while also weighing less. It will also look better from behind the car, since the "profile" of the muffler with piping is so much thinner.

Update!
One of the biggest reasons why I didn't want to produce a full system was because I didn't really know how I was going to ensure good positioning of the exhaust tips. I thought that would be less of a concern with a single, since you don't have to worry about symmetry, but tip placement on a dual is critical.
When I decided to try building a production Dingle, I still didn't know how I was going to deal with that issue, but I finally figured it out. I simply installed the stock exhaust with all the OEM hangers, and built "molds" of the tips that are firmly attached to the bumper rail. Now I have an on-car jig that will ensure OEM tip placement!
