Koni's & Swift springs, Which notch?

I'm bumping this thread because I'm currently on Swifts with OEM shocks that I believe to be juuuuust about blown (been on them for about 15k miles, so it's about time). Looking at getting Koni yellows now and just want some more reviews on this combo.
Am I correct that if I use the upper perch I can expect just the standard Swift drop of .7f/1.0r - and if I go with the lower perch I'll be even lower by another 1/2 inch? My S is my daily driver so although I want something that performs well, I'd like it to be comfortable (in terms of an S2K obviously). Also plan on doing a UK spec alignment soon.
