Default K&N FIPK fitment

I'm from Australia and was looking at buying the K&N FIPK online and couldn't find any online store in Australia that had it for sale.

So, I went to the official K&N website to buy one and just to make sure I enquired about whether it would fit in an S2K in Australia. Got an email back with a reply saying: "Thank you for contacting K&N. We test fit everything for USA models. Unfortunately I am going to say this kit will not fit the AUS right hand drive model."

Is this correct? Surely which side the driver is on doesn't matter. Looking at photo's of left hand drive models, the intake is in the same place

So, will the K&N FIPK intake from the US fit my AUS right hand drive model? just want to make sure before I go ahead and purchase it

I just installed one on my RHD UK S2K and had absolutely no problems with fitment! I ordered the 63-3514 which is exactly the same as the 57-3514. Only difference is "Not legal for highway use in states adopting California emission regulations"
Don't think there are any differences between UK ore AUS RHD cars.
