I have had my Berk Header for a few years now and I'm just thinking of this now...it never came with a new manifold gasket so I'm guessing the OEM size one can be reused...the only thing is the primaries are 50mm while the OEM header is 44mm (according to some threads I found on here)
so is it ok to reuse the OEM header gasket? I'm sure it's not a big deal but it's an interesting topic and something I quite frankly never thought of
thanks for the help in advance

for a perfect setup you would not re-use a header gasket as they are made to squish to the shape of the header flange as it mates against the head. Re-using it could create an exhaust leak as each header is slightly different. It's not a big deal , just not perfect. Search around the header flange with a bright light and see if you can locate any leaks, if not then you may be okay. The larger sized primaries shouldn't affect anything, you would still use a Honda OEM gasket and it would still seal up fine.

I've reused my OEM gasket about 10 times while testing different setups. The cutouts for the primaries are significantly larger than the ports on the head, so unless you made the exhaust ports bigger, the gasket is out of the way.
