Default J's racing header

Hi guys,
I am about to install my new header and 70rr after they sat for more than a month on my couch
What's the proper procidure to put the header on? Sould I remove it from the bottom of the car?
Also what's the proper amount of torque for the bolts? should I follow the oem guideline?
Any advise....
Thanks David

It's for the Mugen header, but basically the same procedure.

From the bottom, put it up on jackstands, jack the engine up on the passenger side of the oil pan, remove the passenger mount and bracket. You'll be able to pull the OEM and install the aftermarket in a few minutes that way.
