Default J's Racing Exhaust~

Was considering getting a J's Racing exhaust (the $1200, not the titanium one ) and i was wondering if there were any long term issues~ I thought I had seen something about a rattle down the road... I'd appreciate your input!

Thanks!

I don't think those have even been out long enough to qualify as "long-term". Afterall, it's just a stainless steel exhaust. I'm sure J's can make it right.

I would assume the Stainless Steel version would hold up a lot longer than the Titanium one. I had the 60RS Titanium and the resonator did have the death rattle.

Hmm... you got a good point there. I'm still debating between 3:

HKS Hi Power - Stainless/Ti
J's Racing - Stainless
Tanabe G-Concept - Stainless

^^ Neither of those except the J's will yield any power...

HKS is known to sound the best but you will not gain any power with this exhaust(the dual)...The single is a different story, though(better).

J's stainless...People will think that you half ass'd it by going with the stainless since they are known for their titanium systems...Plus, have you seen that thread of the shitty welds on the stainless system someone got...Look it up or someone might throw a link on here. It will make you think twice about getting a J's stainless system.

Tanabe Concept G...Had this system(my first exhaust) and now a friend has it. Drones quite a bit and gave me headaches(that's why I sold it to a friend). I felt more gains from my CAI than this exhaust. Literally felt NO gains...royally disappointed. Honestly, it sounds good outside but there are way better exhausts out there for the money. The tips stick out too much past the back bumper. Bottom line is the quality looks good but the design is unrefined.

If you're looking to spend a little over a grand for an exhaust why not look into the T1R 70 em(single and dual) or Greddy TIC(single).
