the aem i have on my car around 8k rpms the intake valves sound like they're being beaten to shit.

i know this thread is a few days gone but i just ordered the FIPK and cant wait for it to get here. and by the way the best place i found to buy it at is kensautowholesale.com 227 with free shipping!!!!

Keep in mind heatsoak really only becomes a noticeable issue at a stop. Not the best intake for stoplight racers, not the worst either. But extremely efficient, and perfect once you're moving. The FiPK's box does a pretty good job at keeping heatsoak to a minimum though for a SRI/RAI type.
