Get sparkplug antifouler kit at autoparts store. Drill out the small end so you can put the O2 senson in and the other end just threads right into test pipe.

Same here, 04 with no cels.... On the other hand, previous owner of my Berk TP+CEL Fix & HKS exhaust (06 model MugenKid) who I bought it of had intermittent cell here and there. I think newer S2000 models are more finicky.

Even with a CEL fix installed, theres still a very small chance that you'll throw a CEL. It's rare, but it can happen.

+1 for the spark plug antifoulers. I've had the TP on for almost 3 years and not once got a CEL...

Its true that even with the CEL fix there is a very slight possibility that it wont work, but that only applies to the 2000-2005 models. In 2006 the S2000's started to use a throttle by wire system and apparently became much more sensitive to this mod as it now has a 98% chance of giving a CEL even with the fix. also i think the size that needs to be drilled into one of the anti plug foulers is 1/2", itll look like its touching the sensor but there is a very small space (which is what helps to slow down the exhaust flow). good luck and let us know how it works out

I purchased the Berk tp which said it had the CEL fix, but I have an '06 with the throttle by wire system. Even though it said it would fix the CEL, it really didn't. So I am kinda in the same boat.

I don't have access to a drill or any way to do the spark plug non-fouler trick. Is there anything else I can do?

WTF are you talking about? The addition of DBW has no effect what so ever on the O2 sensor. Maybe a possible change in the emissions system, but nothing to do with the DBW.
