Injen cold air intake ?
Hey guys hello =] I just bought my s2000 and im very happy with it.
The guy before me put an injen cold intake in it. Ive heard about them getting wet and that can be bad. ? Is that only if you go over puddles ? Or is there things i should watch out for ?
Any help would be great =]

Thats the inherent problem with all cold air intakes (Filter sits in bumper or in fender). I had the same Injen intake on mine for about 2 weeks and I went through some heavy down pours. I was scared sh%$-less everytime I drove it so eventually swapped it out for a K&N Fipk (short-ram intake). The power delivery was the same and I feel a lot less stressed in inclement weather. To me that comfort of knowing your engine is safe is worth it.

It really depends on where you live and how your normal climate conditions are. If you live in a dry environment, which is where I live (Nevada), then you shouldn't worry about hydrolock. It seems like everybody these days is freaked out by it.
Who knows? My F5 works great!
