Because when you say the POS clutch isnt grabbing... its actually because the AP2 has a delay valve in the slave so its like you are releasing the clutch very slowly and letting the clutch slip.
So its the POS slave not letting it grab, not the POS clutch.
Although the feeling with aftermarket clutch and flywheel is night and day vs stock.
So if you do fly, clutch and slave you will be amazed.

u dont have to buy a whole new ap1 slave cylnder. just remove the screen in side the ap2 slave. its the same thing for literally no money!
its a good reason why your ap2 clutch wont grab. but, if you waited to long to do it, then your clitch still wont hold. i did it, and i agree ap2 clutch sucks as it wouldnt hold a money shift in NA form. this is mostly do to the ap2 flywheel being considerably heavier then the ap1 flywheel.
if it was me, get a cllutchmasters stage 2 and an ap1 flywheel.
