the hks 75mm has everything you want. for a single its not too loud, the growl is absolutely amazing and it sounds great at every rpm. it also makes tons of power with hfc/tp, lightweight, and is inexpensive.

after hearing the HKS single. Its not as quiet as people say it is.
Lightweight check
Performance check
inexpensive check
Drone check
I just ordred the ARK DTS Dual Chamber 75mm single exhaust. The test they did is very convincing.

lol you'll all probably laugh at me but last night i was so close to just buying the hks single but i had to have my friend drive my car for me. i never herd my exhaust out side of my car before other than on the internet so i had to hear it. I had him drive around a big parking lot while i just sat in my lawn chair listening to the sound...until we got a warning by the police x(
...surprisingly, its ALOT louder than i could have imagined...i think i could be a mile away and still hear it not in vtec...to my surprise i actually dig the sound, but it is obnoxious haha
And actually after now day 2 of nonstop listening on youtube by myself and with friends, we've decided Greddy Ti-c.. HKS is a good sound don't get me wrong but the Greddy has the growl i want, its that idle sound that gets me. i still want to hear my car at idle but i don't want the super loud obnoxiousness and the over bearing drone. Plus im really digging the dual again haha.

I just watched that vid of that ARK exhaust, that exhaust reminded me alot of the HKS, its quiet at idle but at cruising you still hear the rumble of the exhaust, its a nice muffler and it should be for the money! xP
phew! all in all thanks again. I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Greddy Tc-i...I've already got a TP on the car so it ll be interesting to see what this exhaust will sound like...i might make a before and after video for everyone else who has the similar question....i know i saw one or 2 of them on my topic with the Megan single....so it ll be nice to actually compare the Megan with the Greddy just for shits and giggles.
Again thanks! you all helped alot! Ill shoot some before and after videos as soon as i get the exhaust!
Peace out,
Jim

^ you'll love it bro! i don't see myself replacing my exhaust anytime soon just because of the sound! if greddy makes an 80mm version of the ti-c single and/or se, then i ain't even gonna think twice on that one. lol

Supersprint...
I think this is the single best exhaust for the S. I love the looks, and the sound is perfect. It'll cost you though...
