I want your take on a hood with a hood scoop

Check the car out carefully, a scoop like that speaks volumes about the previous owner. If everything else is OK, I'd deduct the price of a new hood from the purchase price.

let me sum it up quickly for ya:
hood scoop FTL (like someone said before it's not a Camero...and as far as I'm concerned the only car thata hood scoop looks good on is an STI)
vented hood FTW (you'll have the functionality and the look of a tuner car which is what the S2K is...it's not a muscle car)
ditch that hood and pick up a Seibon hood...talk to Partshelper they have some of the best prices on Seibon parts

why does everyone hate on the hood scoop?! am i the only one here who appreciates the muscle cars? that hood is a mastergrade hood. they are non functional but i love the way it looks. screw everyone else and keep the hood and be different for once. vented hoods SCREAM fast and furious ricearoni.

kind of reminds me of the 550 maranello hood... its not terrible.. but if i had to choose between that or vented ... id pick vented anyday..
Someone WILL def buy this hood.. or you can easily trade someone for an oem BB hood.. Carbon Fiber Hoods on the other hand.. a big waste on a BB if you ask me.. and the weight difference between OEM and And a CF hood... correct me if im wrong but not even 5 pounds? Not worth it IMO..
Best option.. trade that hood for an OEM and call it a day.. and if your handy .. vent it.. the cut out patterns are already underneath the hood
