so i looked at this 2001 honda s2000 today and someone cut the hood to make the "vented hood mod" but has rubber around the edges of it. It has no mesh under it. can this be welded easily? or would it be better to buy a new hood? and i also noticed the wheel doesnt turn as much when i turn right, when i turn left the wheel goes farther. the owner said itll do that under 10mph. is this true?

The steering rack isn't centered. Most silicon the mesh into the hood.

I vented my hood and used mounting tape Works great tried silicone to messy for me, I would just but a new hood it does sound ghetto.
