I love my hood dampers! Yes, it was a little inconvenient when I did my valve adjustments but most of the time it's not in the way. In fact it's way more convenient to just open the hood without having to fumble with the rod.

These are the ones I have. They are OK, but I had to do too much work to them to get them to fit/function properly. They are nice because they are more compact than other options and don't block access from the side of the engine bay, but you have to remove the OEM hinges and any time you start messing with the hinges it becomes a bit of a pain to get everything to line back up right. Can't say that I'd recommend them.

Yep....got to admit that was funny.

I got the JDM Password...bad mistake. I have had them for about a year, they are rusting pretty bad...will go with the SOS this time around.
