Anyone try changing the spring rates on these coilovers, the translated instruction looks like they can go up or down 2 kg/mm

does anyone know what the standard preload and height is for the F and R of these coilovers? I want to go back to stock and adjust from there.

I had mine installed at a remote shop and they screwed up all the preload, can anyone tell me how much preload needed, do the helper springs need to be fully compressed at preload? Thanks
