I've had the same problem with all three of my hks duals in the past 3+ years..

If you have power tools, you can just take your exhaust apart and undo the bolts.. Mess around with the fitment.. Other then hangers, that's most likely your best bet.

which rubber exhaust hangers do you guys use? oem or hks
the only thing I don't like about hks is that it can not clear spoon sports diffuser without major fabrication to either the exhaust or diffuser.

I loosened the bolts, raised the resonator tube and tightened, now its all perfectly aligned.
