My welds are flawless, and still have that green coating the exhaust had when brand new. I will snap pics of it sometime during the week.

Wow, Id send this to HKS. If I were them, Id stand behind my product and offer some sort of fix.

I doubt they'd do much about it since the exhaust is like 3.5 years old. Eh...just bought an Invidia single anyway...

Holy crap. that looks horrible. I have an exhaust from a 1990 nissan p-up that looks better than that. WTF HKS, that has to be some kind of factory mishap. Bad batch of metal/incorrect alloy content? Man that gives me the heebie geebies.

Mine had to be re-welded at the rear canister too. Then I had it powder coated.

Then I heat tape wrapped it.
