Default HKS daul exhaust fitment issue

Hi all,

So I installed my HKS Daul exhaust yesterday and it seems the entire system visually from the rear looks like it sits 1.5 inch to the left. It also rattles sometimes at idle. Anyone face the same problem, any idea as to what might cause it to not fit properly? thanks

it's not supposed to rattle for sure. the resonator went bad on mine and that's what caused a rattle around 3k rpm.

try loosening all the bolts while all the pieces are on the car (hanging from the rubber exhaust hangers). hold the pieces generally where you want them and then tighten all the bolts. should come out perfectly straight.

I had to adjust mine a little bit since the driver side stuck out like half an inch farther than the passenger, and I loosened everything, had someone hold the mufflers where I wanted and tighten all the bolts back up and it came out perfect.

That's EXACTLY how I fixed mine. Had the same issue

Give it a try. Super easy

Thanks for the tip...I tried that still it just dosnt sit properly. Am I supposed to use all the stock exhasut hangers? Also why are there 2 metal spokes coming out of the muffler near the muffler exit?

Thanks once again.
