Default Help With Shaved Engine Bay?

So i recently purchased a custom shell with a completely shaved bay (no mounting points for fuse boxes ect). My plan was to never go fully tucked and i want to put some of the original wiring and fuse boxes in the bay. The issue with this is all of the mounting points ect have been filled and covered. My question is what is the best way to go about mounting these items back in the bay?

Pick a new spot tap and thread the location. Just make sure there is enough metal to thread. Other then that I'm out of ideas.
