hardtops

Default hardtops

hi chaps just wondering with a hardtop can u put the soft top down and leave it and then place the hardtop on or do you have to remove the soft top .as its a bit silly having a harp top i,e on a nice day take the hard top off and then maybe get cought in the rain . many thanks

With most all hardtops, the soft top can be left in place.

Yes, you can just put your soft top down and be able to install the OEM Hardtop

You can keep the soft top down and install the hardtop as others have said, but if you're looking to utilize the soft top you need to have OE rear brackets. If you have aftermarket brackets you need to remove the side catchers or they will rip the soft top when you try to use it.

ok many thanks chaps and i have got oem catches so no need to worry about anything then just put the soft top down and whack on the hard-top sounds like a weekend plan to me

oh yes i deffo will collected my hardtop today and i say its in fantastic condition .but had to collect it in my daily astra 1.4 lol

right chaps bit of updates no pics unfortunate cuz off missus pecking my head totally and some more probs but will get sorted hopefully .but the hardtop is now fitted and im loving it i kept the soft top on aswell if i ever take the hard top off on a nice day and 5 mins l8tr get caught in the rain i have got the soft top to save me from getting wet
