Default Gendron bar clicking

Hey guys, looked around for other people with this issue and haven't been able to find anything. I just installed a Gendron FSB w/ball bearing mounts and I'm getting some clicking when going over bumps or doing hard left/right turns. I've tracked the source of this down to a little bit of left/right play in the ball bearings' races. Is this normal? I've tried installing it once with the jacks resting on the frame and then I did it again with the jack stands resting on the A-arms so the suspension would be under load. Anyone else experience this at all? Is this normal? Any advise on fixing it? Thanks!

It's not hitting anything structural thank god, just has some left/right play in the bearings' races. I've put the car up twice and made sure everything was re-torqued to the spec but it's still there. Really frustrating :\

Was everything new? My brothers had a clicking and it was from his endlinks.

Clicking is usually one of the (pillowball)connections in the endlinks which have gotten some play into them caused by debris/sand. You will hear the metal ball inside the metal housing clicking due to the small amount of play they have gotten.

Replace endlinks.
