its weird how with all the older civics and stuff, honda left the lips molded black,But since the S2000 is special they decided to paint it lol


It makes sense to leave it molded black, because from highway driving lips get DESTROYED it only makes sense to make it moulded black since the paint is going to be all chipped up eventually anyway...

 

the bottom of my front bumper right now is pretty scratched up from rocks and hitting parking bumpers from the first week of ownership and not remembering how long the front of the car is, but fortunately all the scratches would be covered by an OEM AP2 lip...I was thinkin if I 3M'd just the lip (the clear plastic cover) it'd save the lip somewhat. Can anyone recommend how much it'd cost for the 3M clear coat and any competent shops in NJ/tristate area? Thanks

 

Just installed my OEM Lip, looks bad ass, Ill post some pics later. Easy install, fitment is great and covers up a ton of chips and scratches
