Forbidden-USA OEM Style Hard Top
#551
How easy/difficult is the forbidden hard top to remove and does the OEM soft top when raised clear the forbidden hardtop mounts? Or is the forbidden hardtop designed as a permenent replace of the soft top?

Any updates Alberto? Interested in the hardtop and group buy. If not, i'ma buy the Mugen for sure. Already got cash in hand for this or the other. Btw, anyone know what page the group buy pricing is on?

Guys,
Sorry for not updating you guys in a while. Here is what is going on:
After doing much test fitting, we figured out that the top fit nearly perfect on OEM seals and brackets but did not fit so great using after market hardware. While trying to find a solution to this issue, we found out that Honda NA was VERY low on honda s2000 hard top products (seals, brackets, rear window, etc).
Just 2 weeks ago, we placed a order for door seals and guess what happen, 0 warehouses had any in stock and that it would take 3-4 months to get them from Japan. This is when the issue got really bad because we had a top that fit really well on OEM seals but not so great on after market.
Well, that good thing is we found a solution and we are currently getting great results. After modifying the plug, we finally got the top to sit right with NO gaps and no wind noise. The plug has now gone back into molding and we should be releasing it soon which will be after I come back from vacation on the 2nd week of August.
