So... besides opinions... what are factual differences?

Challenge is only made in full CF (no FRP core) with Kevlar reinforcement in the roof panel, and has the full skeleton like the OEM top if you want to install the liner. Challenge also uses Honda OEM window weather strips.

I have no idea if the double sided CF that these guy's make has a FRP core or not, but I do know they smoothed out the interior so you can't instal the liner (but it does look more finished if you're not installing it).

Man, I swear some of you will never be satisfied...
The only reason mugen copy tops have gotten so cheap is because 1. They've been around forever so people aren't trying to recoup research production costs and 2. It's much less complicated to make. The rear window of the OEM top is massive and the curves in it don't make it cheap to produce I either lexan or glass.
$1900 is about what I expected.

people nowadays expect everything to be pretty much free, they expect a perfect product minus the cost it takes to properly research and design, fools. Then again it is expected as the resale value of the s2k drops.
I'm comparing the OEM replica price to the real OEM used price.. not Mugen replica vs. OEM replica.

Besides, why wouldn't you want it cheaper? The seller is pricing based on our opinions. Would I buy one for $1600? Maybe. Would I buy one for $1300? Definitely.. although I'm not expecting the seller to sell it for $1300.

There's lowballing in every forum.

I've seen that the rear catches have been replicated before. It's doable.

Curious if you're painting in a border on the window like Challenge does to hide the frame and if you're using a scratch resistant lexan?
