I am not totally sure, but I think the stock AP1 flywheel is around 18 pounds. The stock AP2 is around 25 pounds (yes, heavier!). Most aftermarket flywheels range from 8 - 13 pounds. I know the Toda is around 8 pounds, I'm not sure of the others.
A lot of members have gone with lighter flywheels and have been very happy. The car will definitely rev faster and you will more than likely notice increased ease in heel-toe, rev-matching, etc. This is of course after you adjust.
I highly recommend the hardtopguy clutch kit if you are going to be doing a flywheel/clutch job. The ACT pressure plate and OEM clutch disc make an awesome combo. Throw in a lightweight flywheel and you have a much improved clutch setup while still maintain OEM reliability and longevity. http://www.hardtopguy.com/store/product.ph...34&cat=0&page=1
Honestly, the clutch and pressure plate setup will probably make the biggest differance, but as long as you are doing it (with the labor) you might as well throw on the flywheel too!
Hope it helps,
- J

My Toda flywheel is about 8 something pounds as well, and it's great so I'm sure you will be happy. It might take a little getting used to for the first few drives, but once you do you will drive it like it was normal, but with added grip and rev-ability!
