Don't get hung up on names like street or track, concentrate on the specs of the fluids.
LE1605 differential fluid which is an SAE110 viscosity or Amsoil 75w110 or 75w140. All three are proper viscosities.
Amsoil MTF tranny fluid. Synthetic base with good shift characteristics, slightly thicker than oem fluid. Red Line MTL or MT-90 might be worth a try.

The TYPE of track use is probably important to mention. That can help people advise you on whether or not you even need anything special.

Also...what environment will the car be used in? Ice racing? Desert rally? Different fluids for different druids.

What's probably more important is that you at least use the manufacturer's recommended viscosity and maintain proper fluid levels. Make sure you change them at or before recommended intervals and you should be golden. What I would say is that track guys like to run baffled oil pans to prevent oil starvation but even that's not necessary.

Amsoil 75w-110 for the diff, I change it every 3-4 track days or at least once every 12 months. It's somewhat easy to find, I usually get 3 at a time when I find somewhere that carries it.
Been using Honda MTF in the tranny but when it gets really hot I get a light 4th gear grind if I shift from 3rd-4th above about 8300 rpm. Will probably try something else in the tranny this track season.
