Default Fitment with J's fenders and ASM rear overfenders

I'm looking to end up looking like this (bit less poke in the rear) and would like to know what fitment you all are running before I do so... I was thinking to run 265 up front and 285 in the rear on a 17x9 and 17x10 respectively. Any information on offsets would be appreciated... (BTW I will be running the ASM overfender extensions if that changes how things fit in the back)

Using the info from a fitment guide on here and the fender stats, i concluded that in the front I would need +50 to run 265 and in the rear I would need +30-35 to run 285s. am I on the right track?

I'm pretty sure no one makes a 285 or 265 in a 17 inch wheel, at least not anymore. If you want those sizes, you'll need to go up to 18's. I don't know how much the J's fronts add but I know the ASM rears add 25mm. A stock body S can fit 285 rears with the correct offsets. I have 18x11 +64 with 285-30-18's in the rear now. With ASM's you could probably go as low as +35ish on a 18x10 to 18x11 depending on what tire you use. Some tires run wider than other. My Continental DW are wide as hell. They poke a little as the total section width measures 11.5 inches.

Agreed with above. If you want to run wider tires, you have a lot more options in 18s.

do not buy the rear extension things they actually reduce the clearance. Just pull the bumper out to meet the flare, and trim the inside of the bumper flat

True.

I have 265/35-18 on 18x10.5 +30 and cant fit the rear extension on without cutting or pulling the bumper itself outward.

and by the way im running 17x10 +22 all around with 255 dunlop Z2. they fit in the rear fine with a decent amount of camber, forget how much but its not rediculous. I have Js fenders coming soon so well see how they fit up front. I think im going to need to trim the lip flat on the front like this car, but im hoping they will work.

265/35/18 isn't a great pairing for a 285/30 becuase the overall diameters are off quite a bit, with the rear 285 being smaller. A better pairing would be 245/35 to keep it even, or bump up a little with a 255. You could run a 295/30 in back which is consistent with the 255, and then of course be a better possible match for a 265/35. But then you start developing another issue, which is your 9/10" rim widths are too narrow. You should really be running the 10" up front and an 11" in the rear to optimize a 255/285 or 265/295 stagger. Or at least 9.5/10.5".

Mind you, mine are on 17's which have another .5" more sidewall to counteract, I run a 10/11.5" stagger with a 255/295. Its the optimum rim size to get the most of of these width tires. The overall diameter of this tire pairing is the same overall diameter.

as far as the rear flares, I plan on cutting the quarter panel... would it still make the fitment tighter?

Cutting the quarter panel goes without saying. It defeats the purpose of having overfenders, if you don't.
