i can remember witch of the others was witch but one was a bit to get on and the other we had to run the heat and let it stretch for about and hour to get it to close

I need a new top as well and would like any opinions on whether you prefer cloth vs vinyl. Also, with a glass rear window, is a defroster really worth the extra cost + wiring? Thanks

I went with the Robbins cloth (instead of OEM vinyl) upgrade...
beautiful top - much better looking than OEM.
Blacker more upscale texture.
Just looks more expensive.
When clean.
...but the cloth surface is "grabbier" of dust, dirt (and cat hair) so it tends to look shabby pretty quickly.
the OEM vinyl seemed to stay clean looking longer.

I've installed both an EZ top and a Robbins top. Both are quality tops, but the Robbins is a much more "installer friendly" top. Robbins also includes new elastic straps and the rivets you need. The cloth tops look and feel a lot better than the vinyl/oem tops. You also don't get the shiny crease from where the softtop frame rubs with a cloth top. On the other hand, IMO, a cloth top requires a little more maintenance to keep it looking as good as it does.

TPhong - Thanks for your input, appreciate it .. when you say "a little more maintenance," can you elaborate? I've read the same from others about the cloth but not quite sure what that means.
