Default Ebay X-Brace Strut Bar Installed

So i have always wanted this strut bar and heard the ebay ones work very well. Take a look at how far off the main bar is at the top... Has anyone else ran into this? Its about a .38"-.50" off of where it should be i think. Yes i tried putting both sides on at once it still wont fit. HELP

Step on the wheel to bring it down that is how it is installed.

Here is the install video from a vendor.

Looks good. I recently removed mine and there are impressions left by the strut bar where it was mounted. It defiantly gets some force applied to it.

Makes me want a strut bar. However, I don't think one would fit, with my future 3.5" piping I want to run.
