brakes are not something i would chance to ebay unless it was a brand name resale.

i could care less about replica, knock off, cheap parts, etc....but when it comes to things like brakes and safety equipment, it's always worth it to pay the extra buck for quality testing and r&d.

i don't have any reccommendations right now about what to use instead, but i'd be interested to hear what others have to say as it's something i need to start looking into as well.

^ I agree completely. Don't cheap out on safety equipment. I went with centric rotors. They were inexpensive and recommended on here.

i purchased drilled slotted rotors off ebay for around the same price... To my surprise they are actually very good looking.. NEVER rust on the inside or around the hub just on the surface which gets quickly removed after one or two stops. Great quality product.. looks great.. You really dont want to chance anything with safety features on the car, but think about it.. if there was something wrong with a rotor you would notice heavy vibrations and sound after ur first stop.. also visually inspecting it before u put it on.. so far im 2 for 2 i purchased inexpensive drilled slotted rotors off ebay for my prelude and s2k and i dont regret it

Do not get drilled rotors that is if one is going to be tracking; slotted rotors are recommended

If your doing it for looks then its all good. Tracking and hard driving is a different story. I've seen fail drill rotors and its not pretty.

You don't need drilled pr slotted rotor

they are not recommended nor it's required, in fact there's more people race with stock blank than anything else.

of course it's not as "cool" looking but that's not the point, right?
