Default Do aftermarket exhaust need break-in period?

Hello all,
I just go an aftermarket exhaust for my S and it is alot more louder than i expected.
Do these get less loud after couple weeks of break-in period?
Thanks all~

The exhausts depending on the build quality tends to get louder. Your basic canister style muffler (the ones with glass pack wool) will eventually burn up after a while.
Chambered mufflers and resonators will last a big longer.

no they don't get any quieter, you just get used to it so it doesn't sound as bad. what exhaust did you go with?
