Update: after 4 month of using the "foam like seal ) from homeddepot, i was having major creaks, top removed, and the seal were tore apart, glue of the seal was all over the place.. Back to using the rubber seal.
residue from the seal on the top.
more more issue. top was against the car the whole time, which destroyed the paint in that side of the car.
So i'm back to square 1, how the hell this seals goes.
Thanks guys

I installed mine today and something seems off. I installed the seals on the inside of of the "seam" and the top is off a bit. I washed the car and the windows leaked too. So I evidently need to move the seals to the outside of the "seam" and do something about the window seals too. Should I move the seals to the outside of the "seam" or more towards the middle? I don't think I'm getting exactly how they sit on the car.

On the seals u wanna go double layer on the outter side of the hardtop and in the middle where the rear window u wanna do one lower and higher end and put a seal right above the middle of the too what I did and have no leaks or window

Back when I got mine the vendor had glass back windows, and he got his stuff directly from a VIS warehouse. So you should just call VIS directly and see if they have any glass ones.
