Difference in Buddy club p1 ball joints

I just bought the extended Buddy club ball joints for the rear but what I don't understand is I just got the ball joints its self , I see other pictures with like spacers between the knuckle and ball joint

The one with the spacers are only for the front. The rears only correct roll center.
