TPMS didn't become mandatory in the US until September 2007. So...I'm not sure MY07's got it. Mine came sans any sensors and I have never seen a TPMS light.
Or maybe the previous owner was nice enough to remove my TPMS bulb and save me the effort of doing it myself.

Seems you're correct (again)!
The list of changes per model year posted here indicates Tire Pressure Monitoring was added in 2008 not 2007. So much for working off fading memory.

Here’s what I’d suggest, check the bulb
And I'd not want this instrument panel at all so the first thing I'd try is to get the correct instrument panel for a 2007 model year USDM car. 8000rpm redline, etc. While the other panel is out look at the bulb just for curiosity. Knowing the hassle and expense of either solutions I'd probably just live with it.
