Default cutout fill-in for a single exhaust look on an ap2

The only thing stopping me from getting a single exhaust on my ap2 s2k is the dual cutouts on the rear bumper.

Does anyone have any pointers, and/or pictures of body work or fill-in's which get rid of this dual look and leave only a single cut-out?

please post your pictures here...

There's a veneer coming out with a single Ap2 bumper.

PM chilicoke, he made his own Ap2 bumper cap.

Good luck!

yea i saw that cap- looked a lil ghetto. Im thinking i'll have to mold the extra cut-out down at a body shop, but i want to see what it would like first befre i think about taking that route...

otherwise im just gonna get a dual exhaust.

so if anybody has pictures of an ap2 with this kind of body work, let me know...

You can always get an ap1 bumper.

in the long run, it would probably cost me less to have it flattened out at a body shop though.

that cap is a great idea but its not flat- theres an obvious impression thats saying "something should be there"

but maybe i could get the cap and then have it molded into the body... it just depends on how much the cap would cost compared to just having the body shop mold it with their own material.
i checked the chilicoke website though- supposebly hes not selling them anymore..

I picked up a scratched up AP1 rear for cheap and should be getting painted soon. I'd say with cap and paint it should still be less than getting a shop to do all the mod work on the AP2 rear.
