you can slide the seat back all the way without hitting the bar, the only issue is the recliner. You'll lose about one click of reclinable space (almost hitting the rear roll hoops)

Hmmm.. I'll jump in my car and see if I feel comfortible all the way back without reclining. If I do, I'M GETTING ONE HAHA! Thanks for your help. I was searching for that answer for the longest time -.- Im 6'2 and sometimes feels like I have trouble in this car YET the guy I bought it from was 6'4 0.0

Nice write up. Love it. I really would like to get one but I hear they are a major pain in the ass for 06+ S's.

I've heard that you couldn't slide the seat all the way back with the cage installed, are you sure that yours still goes all the way back. I was going to get one however I heard that it did restrict sliding the seat all the way back and thats what's been stopping me from purchasing.

you can slide the seat back all the way and recline the seat down almost all the way

reclining the seat back isn't such a good idea anyways if you're 6'2" because then your head would be dangerously close to the roll hoop.

FYI, you can still recline the seat back, but just not ALL the way back (with the seat fully reclined, you'll have about an inch between the factory roll hoops and the headrests.
