Default Cruise speed for 4.77 gears on AP2 ?

Hi all,

Am seeking feedback on the cruising speed on AP2's with installed final gears, being 4.44 and 4.77 .

Still on the fence as to which ratio would be optimal for my usage.
Whilst I am usually caught in the morning traffic, there are also late nights when I blast down the highway with the occassional runs with other cars.

so it's got me thinking if the rpm is too high, it might become too unbearable (loud) and wouldn't it be too strenous on the car if it is in vtec zone all the time while cruising in high speed ? (my tuned ecu vtec point is now at 4500 rpm).

So yeah, I would really be grateful to those with AP2's on 4.44 and 4.77 gears to comment on the rpms you are seeing on the various cruise speeds.

60, 70 and 80 mph, which rpms is it on...

Thank you so much !

cheers

somewhere on the NA section of the forum there is a gear calculator that can tell you all the information you need, shiftpoints/rpms/etc...
