You dont like to turn heads with your car? i just dont want to destroy the look of a car that was so tastefully built and im not overly insecure i just dont like people being insualtive to me when they dont know who i am what i do or anything about me. if you dont like my comment read another post. your negative feed back isnt needed.

Sure I like to turn heads and the S does that to a certain extent. i did come off a little harsh, sorry for that, I just would hate to see you build your car based on the opinions of others. I have had friends that have done that and regretted it. you have a great car, your wheels and other mods will flow nicely and i think the CR wing will look good with your look, just make sure you like it and if you are unsure about if you like it, maybe you should look at other options. Just do what makes you happy bro, i dont think either way you can destroy the look of the car.

If you don't ABSOLUTELY love it, don't get it. You'll end up regreting spending your $700 on it. Wait for a wing that you ABSOLUTELY must have and don't mind spending $$$ on it. $700 is a lot of money.
700 on a plastic sushi table is a lot. Not to mention another 5 hundo for the front lip for the set to go together.
I actually took a while to make the deicision. I weighted the "rice-factor" vs my personal preference -- generally I'm not a fan of big fat wings, but for some reason, I really like this CR wing.
The main rice-factor concern was related to my job. I didn't want my managers to look at me any differently if they see my car with such a goofy wing in the back (most of them drive Ferraris, Porsches, Mercedes etc ... ) I do look a bit younger than my actual age, and am relatively new to the company ... so I wouldn't want my managers to take me less seriously, etc.
Nevertheless, I decided to go with the wing, and no regrets at all -- other than having cars trying to race me at night when I'm just looking to cruise back home.

I agree, I was referring to him ruining the car by simply adding the CR wing.

i hope you like to talk to random people every where you go. you start building a car, say like an S2000. everywhere you go, gettin gas, going through a drive through, whatever or wherever you go people are going to want to come comment on the car and talk to you about it. sounds like you want the attention so i say go for it. i started my build on my s 4 months ago and it has come a long way already. only visible mods i have are a mugen hood, j's front half bumper, slammed on apexi n1 coilovers, and volk gts 18s. so i wouldnt even call my car that extreme yet, but everywhere i go everyone wants to come talk to me about it. just be prepared for that unless you live in a really small town cus i find it rather annoying that everyone wants to talk to me about the car all the freakin time

i'm still undecided. now im leaning towards doing other more casual things that still look sweet like say oem hard top and wing with maybe a more casual lip. but im ordering the rpf1's next week after that we'll go from there. to the majority of you thanks for your help. its much appriciated.
