Thanks again man. I would like pics of your S. Maybe we can do this for you. The only problem is the location of the holes but I think I have an idea to fix that issue. So post up man.

I don't need the holes pre-drilled. Hopefully S-Factor can make a chassis mount like this...

I have the splitter attached to the radiator stay. There are 2 threaded points on each side to the stay, then 2 holes that hold the center liner to each fender liner. Then all the bumper and center liner and each fender liners across the front bumper. That is how the splitter is attached to the car. All together there are about 20 10mm bolts with the Honda speed clips with the nut on them. I will take some pics from the bottom of the splitter next weekend. Hope this help with you.
