I said megan because they're cheap. If your goal is just to slam the car, an expensive coilover is going to be of little to no advent over a cheap coilover.

I dont have personal expereince with them, but people who own them say they like them. Look up the spring rates on the track and the street edition. Obviously, the track editions are going to be higher spring rates.

I dont like overly stiff springs. 8K is right around where I stop for an S2000 on american roads and tracks. There are tracks that are glass smooth (road america, for example), but more tracks are a little bumpy. 8K is good rate, IMO, for smooth and bumpy tracks....it's a happy medium, which is the best you can do unless you've got the time, money, and knowhow to switch out springs for certain tracks.

go buy the new sport compact car magazine(june2008). they test 8 different brands of coilovers on close to stock s2000s. lots of good stuff, everything you'd like to know before upgrading your suspension. heres a little video of it

koni yellows + ground control coilovers + ground control upper mounts. koni yellows are fully rebuild able and ground control uses eibach springs which you can get in any spring rate you want plus they're lifetime gurantee. The gc upper mounts help out when your slammed to give you an extra inch of suspension travel to help you from bottoming out. Just make sure you get the gc coilovers that are made for the koni shocks.
